The hotel looks good from the outside and in reception. It might be because of how much i paid for the room but the room was one of the first I stayed. The furnite were new and good however the location of the room and humidity in it were very discomforing.

Pros: Hotel is two blocks from Earls court tube stop in a quiet street across from park. Staff was very helpful. Lunch and drinks at the bar/restaurant were delicious. Cons: my bathroom got flooded while taking a shower, but I was switched to another room per my request. Not the best experience after 9 hr flight from US. Hallways and elevator are narrow, unable to open window and TV won’t work unless you scan a QR code. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, great location and perfect for solo travelers. Starbucks and Kensington palace/Hyde park are nearby.

Excellent location. The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly adequate for a solo weekend trip. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel was excellent in every way. Polite and helpful staff, you feel taken care of from beginning to end of your stay. We stayed for three nights and had a small terrace connected to our room. This was great as this was a period with hot temperatures in London. Quiet area, beautiful surroundings.
