"I stayed here 18 months ago and they appeared short-staffed and 1 lift was out of order and I wasn't too impressed. But this time it couldn't have been better. Helpful staff, quick check-in and check-out , good breakfast and everything worked and was clean. I'd say they've got their act together. Perfect stay for stopover for the airport or business meetings in the area, and right next to the very useful resorts world complex."

"A clean, well kept hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Lovely food, fabulous drinks. Well situated for events at the NEC and beyond if you don’t mind a taxi or train ride. Fabulous if you want a bit of luxury. Does have underground parking that is more secure than some of the other hotels in the area and around the same price."

"Nice hotel reasonably priced for the area and convenient for the city centre. Bar was nice and prices OK for a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have got five stars but little things were not quite right. For example there was a USB port in the room but t did not work. No sweeteners on the coffee try. These are picky things and I would stay here again. Only stayed one night so cannot say if things would have been sorted if I had brought them to the staffs attention."

"This hotel was perfect for our stay. Close to New Street station on foot as well as to the city centre and restaurants you may need. Accommodation we couldn’t fault. Breakfast was great and included in the price we paid!! We definitely will stay here again!! Thank you ☺️"
