"The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was our 58th Coast Guard Friends reunion. The house had everything thing anyone could want. Pool, dock to sit and watch wildlife, foosball, corn hole, TV for those important football and baseball games. Located minutes from all the attractions we were interested in. Could not have asked for a better location, area, house!"

"This was a beautiful home. 4 adult friends each got own bedroom. Large open living area and screened patio very nice. Perfect for our stay to see manatees. Pool was lots of fun! Our stay in September was off season for manatees but did see 4 on boat tour. Our last day a dolphin and a came to backyard inlet to say bye. "

"Very nice, comfortable home! Had a nice pool and lots of pool and river toys (we didn't really use any river stuff but kayaks and stand up boards were available). Interior has an extra refrigerator downstairs, which we took advantage of. Master bed was very soft (not my liking but my wife loved it). Downsides: Outside could use some landscape work like trimming and clean up. The dock was very tricky for my 22.5' boat. No lift (there is one but it is inoperable), so we had to carefully tie it off to account for the tide and lots of wake. The house is in an open throttle section so you get tons of wake. Nice long driveway so plenty of room to park 4 cars and our boat trailer. We used two ramps and preferred Pete's Pier over the one at the park (very shallow slope at the park peer; made it difficult to get the boat off the trailer). We went scalloping and a little fishing. Very fun!"

"The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. There were two balconies where I saw dolphins every day. My bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen had a dishwasher which was nice. They had many spices to use. We were right by the beach. I felt safe every day and the community was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend "
