"The property grounds are beautiful, the rooms are a little outdated. I also booked a room for 5 and it said it slept 5 but there were just two full size beds and a chair that did not recline so we had to go buy an air mattress. There is still A LOT of hurricane damage, and the only building in use is the one furthest from the lobby. The included breakfast was pastries, cereal, oatmeal and bagels/bread. No fruit or protein. For the price we paid I’d consider staying here again, there was nothing bad about the stay, just very average. Nothing that wowed me except for the potential the grounds had. There are so many amazing things they could do with it, it truly is a diamond in the rough, hopefully they can polish it up! "

"We arrived late in the evening. Had to rush through dinner or pay a 20$ late check in fee. Almost impossible to find the front desk due to it being at the back of the property and hardly any lightening. Wouldn't stay again"

"The property was old looking, but the rooms have the little porch right off the room looking over the river was great. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. We thought the bed was so comfortable. It was a great night sleep. The staff was perfect! It was my 60th birthday and my daughter went there to see if she could put something in our room and she said they were great helping her. I arrived and the girl said Happy Birthday as soon as she saw my name. Then when I was checking out that girl said Happy Birthday also. We will be back and the new property looks awesome. We would love to have a room on the water again. Also the Tiki Bar gave me a free shot to celebrate my special day! Thanks for making me birthday so special!"

"Everything about this house worked great for Nana and Papa with the kids and grandkids. 10 of us had a wonderful week. The layout of the house was great. Plenty to do. Kitchen was stocked with everything one would need. Pool was great for the kiddos. Close the the beach and town. On a quiet street. If we decide to come back to the area, will definitely get this place again. "

"Very clean room, delightfully comfortable bed, and excellent showerhead! The only problem (which I forgot to tell front desk at checkout, it was pouring and I was focused on getting on the road sooner) was the refridgerator door does not shut closed. Fortunately, I was only there for the night and did not need it (another reason it slipped my mind). Given they take incidental holds, the front desk should know if a room has a broken appliance or fixture and not assign it to a guest. The evening and morning clerks were professional and friendly. . . Especially the morning. "

"The property was large, had multiple rooms with adjoining bathrooms, amazing heated pool, pool towels provided, great fire pit and small game room for the kids. Beds are firms (I prefer softer but they were all clean and freshly made)."

"We arrived at midnight after being up 17-18 hours to find a wonderfully inviting, well kept, welcoming home. Every detail to make one’s stay the optimum experience was done. The home has a relaxing setting and provides a beautiful pool, hot tub, pickleball court and many comfortable chairs to enjoy the views.The beds and indoor furniture is so cozy. The hostess responds promptly for any questions about the house and also is willing to give excellent suggestions for delicious restaurants.A thoroughly wonderful home!!!"
