"This place is a gem! The staff is amazing. The location is perfect. It's right in the heart of the area. The room was very clean. I enjoyed the hot tub in the room. There was a heavy snowstorm during our visit so we just sat in the hot tub and watched. I will be back many times! "

"The whole experience is wonderful, every year we stay. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and kind, the rooms are a nice size, the included breakfast is always well organized and fresh and the kids love the pool! The hotel is really close to downtown North Conway and the ski slopes. Hands town the best stay every time!"

"Had a great stay. I was worried after seeing somw bad reviews but had zero issues. Our room was spotless... had a mini fridge and keurig, no microwave. Separate tub and shower. Balcony overlooking back if property. We arrived a little early at 3:36 on a Wednesday.. check in was not until 4pm. Room wasnt ready until 4:09. Hotel offers self parking for $20 or valet for $40"
