"The property was beautiful. Had everything you would need for a visit. We did get lost finding the house but was able to find it shortly after realizing we drove right past it. Suggest putting a light on the sign that shows the property number. "

"It was lovely to see so many stars and listen to the stream. We also enjoyed the fire in the wood stove (although we had to stoke it every couple hours). The bed was very comfortable. The walk up in the snow was more strenuous than we expected. Next time we'll pack as if for a hiking trip. We'll also stay for more than one night so we can explore the hiking trails."

"My husband and I really enjoyed this lovely log cabin in Jackson, NH. We were impressed with how solid and well-built the cabin is. The decor is simple and unique. As others mentioned, the 2 downstairs beds have very firm mattresses. An extra blanket on each for warmth as the nights get colder would be nice. The location is convenient, yet private and quiet. The owners have made it easy to know what to expect and their " house rules " are reasonable. We would stay there again."

"The house was perfect for so we could all get ready for a wedding nearby. Plenty of room for everyone and the owner even let us check in a few hours early so we could shower before an early rehearsal dinner. Will definitely be looking to stay again over the winter to go skiing!"

"We had a wonderful weekend in the snow storm! The house was cozy and warm and set back in the woods along the River but only a short drive to the ski mountains. It was a great time with my adult children. It’s hard to find a place that doesn’t charge a lot of money to bring your family pets so I really appreciated this place. So be good to the owners and respect their wishes with no dogs upstairs. Easy enough to block it off. Nice walk along river with the dogs. Or your family to just hang out...

"From the minute we booked, George was incredibly friendly and helpful, sending us directions, restaurant reccomendations, and helpful videos to help ensure our stay is as good as possible! He called me as soon as we arrived to welcome us and give us an opportunity in case we had any questions. This cabin was wonderfully secluded and I don't think I've EVER seen so many stars at night. "Fabulous stay. Took my adult daughter and her two dogs out for a quick overnight adventure. Loved staying in the treehouse (birdie). Perfect size, location on property was good (away from other structures) and had picnic table, potbelly stove, grill, and out house right near the treehouse. They supplied bedding,camp chairs, and even a small battery powered fan. They also offered and we accepted ATV transport of our things from our parking spot to the treehouse. Did a local mountain hike...

"Beautiful cabin, very close to Sunday River and town. Had everything we needed and the hot tub and fireplace were nice after a long day skiing. We booked the private chef for dinner one night and it was an amazing meal- highly recommended!"

"This place was perfect for my large group ski trip to Sunday river. The mountain was only 15 minutes away. We had 14 people and everyone slept comfortably. There was plenty of towels, blankets, and linens for everyone. There’s plenty of activities at the house including several tvs, a pool table, ping pong, and of course the hot tub. The host was very communicative as well. Overall I would highly recommend. We are already talking about coming back over the summer or next winter! Thanks again!"

"This is probably one of the best VRBOs i have stayed in. Everything was clean, there was plenty of house hold items to get us started, and the property was well kept. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, it feels secluded and quite yet is close to restaurants and Sunday River Ski area. I would absolutely return to this property or any of the others this owner has."

"The property requires major renovations and cleaning crew didn't do a great job at all. All the furniture is very old and in bad condition. leaking roof, railing ready to fall, cobwebs everywhere. Great stay for Halloween only!"

"As advertised. Great communication from the property manager/owner and everything we needed for 10 of us to spread out and enjoy the weekend. The seating was a tiny bit limited for our large group, but the basement had an awesome hangout spot and extra kitchen. Finishes are nice as well!"

"We really enjoyed staying at this little cottage. We have been coming to the Jackson area for years, and it was great to find this place that had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the proximity to the Memorial Hospital which we ended up having to visit while we were there. I have never met such nice people at a hospital. Linda was a great host who went over and above what we expected. We will be back again!"
