"Only missed out on 5 stars for staff because I hated being “accosted “ on initial (knew better after first experience) entry to the hotel foyer by one of the too many valet staff who more or less took my bags from me to walk them inside to reception (where I was going anyway) to then expect to be tipped……. This is an American tradition that we hate! All other experiences were wonderful"

"The hotel was welcoming, they put on a free shuttle for us to the rugby. WiFi is good speed, staff friendly, room was cleaned daily. We didn’t do the breakfast here as wanted to eat in local restaurant instead. Great location as close to promenade and the nightly light show, walking distance too Nathan Road and shopping, two stops to Kai Tak Stadium. "

"Really like the club lounge and staff at the club lounge were very friendly and helpful. Worth paying more for a harbour view room. Reception staff were a bit off and on, sometimes friendly, sometimes indifferent. We were not assisted with our luggage when we were leaving, which was not good since we had a lot of suitcases and my husband had to carry them up the stairs. Room was comfortable, and great location in TST, right by the Star Ferry,"
