"This is a perfectly functional hotel without being exceptional. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful and could not be faulted. It's clean albeit a bit tired. I think the rooms could be better soundproofed as people talking in the corridors could be heard word for word. The breakfast choice was good and our evening meal we tried was again good without being great. pricing is much the same as local restaurants. "I had an amazing stay here. Located in a nice quiet but scenic location. My room was great I had my own separate spacious bathroom and a double bed room next door to it. The grounds of the hotel are green and you can see woodpeckers from the window. The breakfast options were great from a cooked breakfast to fresh fruit yoghurts and cereals. I also unexpectedly received daily housekeeping. The hotel is located within reasonable driving distance to nice beaches and attractions."

"Louise was a lovely host, sending us a message before we arrived and welcoming us upon arrival. The property is in a lovely location, just a shame it was cloudy when we were there meaning we couldn’t see the mountains. The room had a private bathroom which was down the hall, but this wasn’t a problem as we had the whole of the upstairs to ourselves. Felt like a kid again running to the bathroom! Lovely breakfast. Would stay again. "

"Excellent location, a short distance away from the busier centre but enjoying great views of Great and Little Orme and the bay. Nathan and others helpful hosts providing maps, self serve cold bottled water and replenishments for room supplies in light tidy clean rooms. Organised pre ordered breakfast slots meant swift service. Fluffy towels and room binoculars appreciated and outdoor cushions for front garden benches all mark this guest house out."
