"Only OK. Room could have been cleaner. Some of the staff had poor customer skills and were borderline sulky. "

"2.5 stars for lack of comms & poor treatment from the reception. Had emailed hotel's reception via expedia messages 24 hours before requesting an early check-in. This was neither acknowledged nor responded. We reached hotel round 12:30noon, was told to wait 1 hour so we went out for lunch and came back around 2.30 still no room. They made us wait till 3pm, finally the room was ready. The lacklustre response from the reception was "we are fully booked". This was clearly not the case as there were loads of distressed inventory floated via opaque channels on both Fri and Saturday nights. The rooms was kept in a good tidy state though the overhead shower was spatting water all over the bathroom, which could be easily fixed. 2 stars for hotel's services/comms and 4 stars for the room despite the state of the shower head."

"Beautiful room good location "

"The buffet style breakfast offered a good choice of hot and cold options. The room was clean and the bathroom was equipped with toiletries. The beds were firm but comfortable however, the sofa bed was very creaky and sagged in the middle. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location for accessing the Ziggo Dome if attending a concert - easy 10 minute walking distance. Also great for getting around by train as the station is directly opposite the hotel. "

"Living Area: Small but manageable. Kitchen: Average in size and functionality. Bathroom: The shower area lacks a door, causing water to spill throughout the space. Water leakage was observed outside the bathroom door, likely originating from the tiled area. There is no exhaust/ventilation, leading to persistent odor issues. Restaurant: Acceptable."
