Ótima localização

O Victor foi super atencioso e solicito desde o início. Imóvel conforme a descrição, tivemos problema apenas com o ar-condicionado que não estava funcionando na ocasião Localização maravilhosa, ao lado do mercado (com preços ótimos inclusive) e de um bom restaurante. Praia super tranquila, de fácil acesso, com poucas pessoas. Um lugar para descanso e bem família. Recomendo.

Ap confortável

Passei o final de semana nesse ap, o filho do Sr. Valdir foi muito prestativo nas mensagens com instruções, o ap tem uma ótima localização pertinho do mercado com vista frente mar, otima localização, a casa tem pouco utensílios de panela e talheres, mas nada q nos afetou pois quase nao ficamos no ap, o Zelador foi muito prestativo tbm. Voltarei a alugar com a família

vale a pena

o imovel e legal, tem mercado perto e a praia e enfrente. tem piscina e isso e bacana. o ar condicionado do quarto nao estava funcionando e isso aborreceu! Outra coisa que tb ficou chato foi qdo chegamos ainda nao estava disponibilizado o apartamento devido ao hospede anterior ainda nw ter desocupado no horario previsto. nossa entrada era as 14 e so entramos as 18:00

Gostamos muito do apto, e localização. O ponto fraco foi apenas não poder chegar mais tarde na sexta-feira, poucos utensílios domésticos e ter que varrer a casa quando chegamos, mas não atrapalhou nossos dias maravilhosos que tivemos. Gratidão!

Chegamos no condomínio e tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para entrar, até que apareceu o responsável que nos forneceu as chaves, o apto é bem organizado e limpo bem de frente a praia de Boraceia e pertinho do supermercado. Somente os itens de cozinha realmente tem o básico, como fomos em 3 pessoas não sentimos uma grande falta. Um dos banheiros não estava esquentando água e avisei ao dono que precisaria trocar. Foi tudo bem tranquilo e o apto condiz com as fotos.

Minha família gostamos muito, bem localizado tudo perto(supermercado, restaurante e sorvete) para quem só quer tranquilidade, o apto muito arejado e confortável com piscina que criança adora, só no apto a parte de utensílios doméstica que estar em falta(copo gde, frigideira, travessa e pote), fora isto tudo de bom.

Ótima estadia!

O apto tem uma vista magnifica, não é novo, mas tudo funcional e de acordo com as fotos. Proprietário atencioso e zelador bem solícito. A praia é limpa, água de ótima temperatura para banho, não é movimentada e possibilita dias de descanso. Eu e minha família gostamos muito!

Um local calmo e bonito

O proprietário foi bem atencioso, a praia que fica em frente ao prédio é bonita e mesmo sendo um feriado não estava lotada. O prédio tem elevador e piscina. Faço algumas ressalvas: Para tomar banho são 2 banheiros, o terceiro fica na lavanderia e não tem chuveiro, a luz do quarto de casal não estava pegando, o chão estava bem limpo, mas os móveis estavam com bastante poera, a parte de utensílios de cozinha deixam a desejar por ter bem poucas travessas, potes, etc. O apartamento é muito arejado, achei espaçoso e quase tudo estava funcionando. O apartamento fica longe do centro de Bertioga, mas isso fomos nós que não nos atentamos (uns 40 minutos de carro).
