"Very friendly and chilled host. Only time he made himself known was when we needed him for something. The hot water ran out (because most Spanish properties are on gas bottles) and it was back on with in 5 minutes of us telling him. Leant us some golf balls for our golf trip to avoid paying high prices at the club shop. Ordered us taxis when needed. Great week in a great villa, just wish it was warm enough to use the beautiful pool! Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Francisco!"

"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"We stayed for 3 nights and the location was fantastic! We love people watching, so it was great to be able to sit on the balcony and watch. Check in was great with good instructions on how to get in. We were lucky enough to be able to get a late check out and we are most great full for this. Location for the beach is amazing, just down the stairs and you are on the beach. Personally I often find beds in the EU too hard, but there was a room that had memory foam ones, which I was pleased with....

"Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you "

"Hotel was very clean and looks spectacular. We stayed out of season so was very quiet with not all restaurants open during our time there. Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting. "

"Good location and close to where we needed to be. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, and our room was quite basic but the size was perfect for our family (two adults and one child). Room and hotel were very clean. Checkin was easy and checkout even easier, someone was waiting in the very busy lobby helping direct those who were checking out so we didn’t have to wait in line. "
