"Het huis is geweldig, genoeg ruimte en mooie indeling. De bedden liggen lekker en in elke kamer een airco en tv. De airco hadden we in juli 2025 bijna niet nodig door het milde klimaat in deze streek. De keukens en de bbq zijn ideaal voor als je vaak zelf wilt koken. Iets meer keukengerei en bakjes was handig geweest. Op loopafstand een kleine baai met een kiezelstrandje. "Lovely villa to stay in for a nice family holiday. Beautiful pool area with great bbq area also, clean and tidy villa equipped with all you need. Good location for amenities, shops etc. Hans a great host, would recommend staying here."

"Absolutely stunning villa in a peaceful and pretty residential area. As other reviews mention you do need a car and the only downside for me was not being able to walk to restaurants in the evenings, but the property was so well equipped and comfortable that staying in really wasn't a problem!Fatima was brilliant at responding quickly to our queries in advance and Carmen was absolutely fantastic at dealing with any issues we encountered during our stay. Would definitely recommend"

"Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday , def need a car but it’s only a short drive to Albir where there’s lots of restaurants. Would happily book again . Thanks Heidi"

"Great stay with nice and helpful owners. Tip: in the winter months, air conditioning as heating in the living room is recommended. The master bedroom and toilet show some moisture and mold spots, this needs attention. We had a good time and would love to come back."

"was a lovely little apartment but could have done with a plug for the kitchen sink and an electric kettle as it took 30 minutes to boil the hob kettle also maybe consider mugs for hot drinks as the cups only held 3 mouthfuls esecially for english visitors "

"Había reservado un apartamento con salón y una habitación aparte lo que aparecía en la foto y en la discusión, pero recibí una habitación no el la planta que me ponía la oferta si no en otra planta …. Me ofrecieron devolver el dinero eso sí pero a era tarde para buscar otra cosas , me devolvieron 30 euros por no recibir lo que me habían ofrecido pero igual no es lo justo !!!! No reservo más con ellos !!!!"

"The villa is in a perfect spot near to the beach and the tram stop and also the main road to Alicante N332 .. The Host was really helpful and communicated all of our stay to make sure everything was ok. The pool was lovely and clean and the villa was perfect for a family holiday "
