"We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite, it has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen (no oven) and a big ocean view balcony. Room was nice and clean, staff is super friendly and the prices are great for being right across from the beach. We came back a few times per year, love the area."

"The unit was clean and inviting. Had a few questions that were quickly answered. The microwave should be replaced. I broke a plate and advised quickly of the situation. We love dogs and happy to see their dogs. We did turn up the TV at times to drown out the heavy walking and running upstairs. We did not get to spend a lot of time there as we needed to engage with family members. The stairs were a challenge for our family members which I was aware of in advance. Very good communication with the host and the owners (also tennants). Disappointed with the tv options as no cable. We do not "stream" to watch tv."

"Nice place; lots of beds & a spacious living room. Big yard but didn't get to use (see below). Worked out ok for a bachelor(ette) party but have lots of opinions:-The listing states 2 bathrooms. There is only 1. This was important criteria & factored into our group deciding on accommodations. Disappointed with this misleading information. The listing also mentions access to fitness equipment, which was not present.-We were under the impression that a VRBO stay meant some private space away from the hosts. Not the case. The host lives in the attached building & we could hear them while in the kitchen. They were also in the yard all throughout the day & evening, gardening. We could see people constantly walking past the windows & at times there were at least 5 people that we had to awkwardly walk past in the carport area. Our group had the main door open for a bit during the day for air flow, with the screen door in place. We heard the host come over while we were playing a game in the living room and closed the door??? -A ton of things were taped shut with packing tape; a fridge in the dining room, drawers on a desk in one of the rooms, an armour in the front entrance way, multiple cupboards. Strange that we had such limited access to any storage space. Not shown in listing pics. -When we arrived, the soap in the bathroom was completely empty.-Spilled some water on the floor when getting water from the fridge, upon wiping it up the paper towel was excessively dirty. "

"Beautiful and pristine unit. Owner’s communication was fast and checking in/out was super simple. Comfortable bed, close to many restaurants and bars. Made our anniversary weekend very special!"

"Great location and beautiful yard. There were some key items missing. Tea towels for the kitchen. Soap and towel for the 1/2 bath. Did not find the iron and ironing board. There was only a couch in the living room and there wasn’t enough seating for our group. Had to bring in the kitchen chairs. Lots of cigarette butts (none of us smoke) left outside in containers. "
