This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The space is in the basement with kitchen that has been glassed in so it's not heated. The kitchen has some basics but it's not well enough equipped for a long stay if you wanted to cook your own meals. There are two bedrooms. If you have mobility issues the one bed might be a challenge since it is low to the ground. The mattress is lumpy and there is only a sheet on it with no mattress pad. The other mattress is better but neither are the quality what we usually find when we rent places. The bathroom has nice heated floors with a toilet that works well, but it's quite far from the bedrooms. You have to go through the living area and hot tub room to get to it. For us this was no problem but it would be a challenge if you had mobility issues. The hot tub is lovely and there's a TV you can watch from in the tub, and the shower is huge and stone. If two couples were staying here privacy would be an issue because the doors are glass and open to the hot tub and living room.The carpets and light fixtures in the bathroom need a good cleaning. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were spotless, however. There are lots of kids kitchen toys available if you are traveling with a little girl. Not much else is provided other than the TV. The connection buffered often as we watched a show, maybe because of the distance from the router.
