"Lovely room, quiet, walkable to city center and tram. Front desk staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Great value for price. I stayed here twice in a 1 week period. Dont hesitate, book it!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location. You are very close to shops, pubs, restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly too. What let's the hotel down is the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the poor condition of the decor. I quite liked the wonky staircase because it added to its character, however I don't quite understand how someone can put a curtain rail up wonky?. The pillows are cheap and not very comfortable. There was dust at the edges of the carpets. Limescale everywhere in the bathroom, plus some extra hairs to top it off. Basically, my room needed decorating badly!!! And cleaning should be a higher standard. It wasn't a cheap accommodation either. If you don't want a noisy place to stay, I wouldn't recommend either. I think if the rooms were decorated simple but decent and the cleanliness was better I would definitely stay again. "

"Three of us stayed in a studio, so one of us slept on the pullout chair bed. The sheets provided were dirty and sticky, so we had to grab some new ones from the cleaning staff. Front desk was very helpful and we appreciated that you had to have an active key to get up to the rooms! Very short walk to everything and is in a quiet area! "
