(It’s not the primary hotel chain we use, so we don’t have many points) As checkin was delayed, they provided us with a discount voucher for a nearby cafe, which I thought was a nice touch. As there is no Uber in Dublin, the staff organized an early morning taxi to the ferry, which was ready and waiting for us on check out. I have to say, the service was way better than the chain we usually use…"
