Really lovely helpful staff and we had the best breakfast, the choices were fantastic. They catered for gluten intolerance which I appreciated. It was fairly central to what we needed. The rooms were clean the only complaint for me was that I had paid for a double deluxe room and it was a tiny space, we struggled with having a space to put our suitcases anywhere and for the price I paid I was disappointed.

The property itself was good. Clean and spacious rooms and a very good breakfast. Street facing room is as a bit noisy at night, especially hearing the crosswalk audible signal beeping all night long. If you’re a light sleeper be sure to pack earplugs. The hotel is located in a run down part of town so that was a bit unpleasant. It was a little further to walk to popular areas but still doable.

The room I stayed in, although compact, was clean and well-presented with plentiful tea and coffee inclusing decaff options. The bathroom was generously sized with an excellent rainforest style shower. The in-room WiFi was reliable for browsing the web and answering email. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of continental items alongside cooked breakfast/fry-up options. There were also marked options for people with dietary restrictions (VG, GF etc.). All the staff I encountered were courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a brisk 10 minute walk into the centre of the city so easy to visit shops and attractions. I was travelling for work but would be happy to stay there in a leisure content too.
