Emilia's apt is located on the ground floor of a completely restored ancient house,furnished with designer furniture of excellent taste, near Bellagio " the "Pearl of lake Como" you can also reach this famous locality on food 20 minutes walking .but away from the hustle and bustle of the center town, suitable of those who love peace and tranquillity, two km away from the famous garden of Villa melzi D'Eril and 2,8 km from the ferry terminal of Bellagio.

The apt has a living area open space, with fully equipped Kitchen and living room,a double bedroom with an extra large bed a wardrobe, and bathroom with shower in suite.

The garden accessed alomg a small road adjacent to the apt, the entrance gate is on your right at the end of it, furnished with outdoor furniture BBQ and lake view, the path is illuminated during the night.
