"The room and facilities was very clean and the staff were wonderful. When we got there it looked just ok but we were pleasantly surprised! I loved the way the hotel was situated so everything is in the center and hidden from the parking lot. The breakfast was great and the ladies working there were lovely! "Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, breakfast was very good and reasonably priced compared with hotel brands I’ve been to before (similar to Hilton Garden Inn). Hotel was a Four Points but is experiencing a rebranding. My group also loved the hot tub and pool, and they said the burger from the Tavern was a hit! Very great place to stay if visiting San Rafael or just passing through on 101. I’d definitely book again in the future. "

"Everything was wonderful! The check in staff was friendly, the manager was understanding of our situation, the room was super clean (had to unplug the air freshener as I am sensitive, but it smelled good) the fresh cookies were really good and made us feel special, the hot tub was clean (and I am very picky about that that I actually got in) and it was a perfect temperature and relaxing, the morning breakfast was good and varied and our checkout was smooth! My husband and I loved it and will definitely come back anytime I come to Napa! Many thanks and blessings to all at the Elm House! : )"
