"Amazing stop over great hotel excellent facilities and food"

" A 2 day stay with friends, lovely hotel,...First night was fine at dinner, 2nd night clashed with a "murder mystery night" and dining room staff were under pressure to provide a prompt service. (2 hours for 2 courses) Menu needs to change more frequently, perhaps providing a changeable "specials" board?"

"All staff were helpful &friendly &provided excellent client service.Norman in charge of the restaurant definitely must have a special mention as he is excellent & a top professional.Amy housekeeping supervisor was so helpful &our room was spotless.Queens hotel must have an excellent recruitment & training programme in place & this is reflected in the service provided by their staff. Thank you"

"The staff at the Spa, the reception staff, were completely hospitable. The location was brilliant. It was proper quiet at night, and although very near the town centre, we were able to sleep like logs. After Brexit, most of these Romanian and Polish had decided to return. Our loss. Thank God that some have remained with their warm and kind approach, which is quite different from the cold and reserved reception from some other hotels. "
