This is not clear in the description and if you study the pictures there are varied pictures that led us to believe there was a bedroom and a living space with a murphy bed. "We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! "
