"Overall experience was great and it is in a very good location. However one thing I would suggest is that they upgrade to better pillows or get more. I couldn’t really have a restful night because of how uncomfortable they were. We did request extras several times but we were told they didn’t have any. "

Room we had was tired but tidy, unfortunately we had cockroach in it, air conditioning didn’t work, room was so hot so had to open windows in middle of the night to get room cool enough to sleep. Location was superb, only a few blocks to Sagrada Família. Refreshing rooms and fixing air conditioning would help this hotel."

"This is not a regular hotel it feels like little apartments. Horrible experience you hear the people and the toilet flushing from next door like if they were in your room. The place is all cement you hear people talking slamming doors. It’s like a party place. Noisy all night didn’t sleep at all both nights. They have construction next door as well. The rooms were so hot they said they do have ac but they couldn’t turn it on it's only seasonal."
