We really enjoyed having a bar and restaurant on site. There are a number of local restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking to the Gracia area in the evening. We felt very safe. The only negative were the stairs we had to go up and then down with our suitcases to reach our room. Staff were very friendly.

Very nice place to stay. Convenient location to many attractions and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The court yard was very pretty. It’s so pleasant to sit there and enjoy the time and food with friends and family there.

Great hotel, great location, clean, very friendly staff with a good restaurant on-site, rooms were very clean and hight end look and feel, tge only thing I would say was a downer was the AC, it was licked at 72, room felt very warm, no way of changing, other than that it was great, did not like that we were hit with other high taxes upon check in

Excellent stay! Every staff member was polite and accommodating during our stay. The restaurant has a great breakfast with plenty of options for food in the morning, plus a great selection for lunch or dinner. The room was clean and well taken care of, all of the furniture and appliances were in working order. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay in Barcelona.

Great hotel in a good location, within walking distance of Parc Guëll and Gracia. It's also on Metro line 3, which makes it dead simple to get to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Central Barcelona. The staff were helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the air con worked and wasn't too noisy, which is always welcome. It's not luxurious but it's great value for money and we would stay there again.

Super helpful staff, polite and warm. The hotel was lovely and the communal spaces were incredibly relaxing. We got a free welcoming drink as well. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked like a great set up! Would love to come back here!

The room was clean and the staff helpful. I am a little puzzled as to what makes this a four-star hotel. The restaurant was a functional cafeteria, serving breakfast and bites, but nothing special. The room was small, with some pealing wallpaper. There were packets of instant coffee in the room in place of pods and a coffee machine. There was a pile of sheets outside our door when we checked in that was still there when we came back from dinner. These are all minor problems, and the room was clean and quiet which is what matters most. But customers are charged a city tax based on the hotel's four-star rating. What makes this a four-star hotel?
