"Amazing hotel and particularly the staff, so attentive and friendly. Cannot fault the hotel at all, michelin star restaurant in the hotel which looked wonderful, we only had the breakfast but that was fantastic. "Arrived at 12pm into Bath and didn't want to carry luggage, so I asked Apex if I could store it somewhere as check in is at 3.30pm - they informed me a room was available immediately and if i wanted to check in early! Fantastic! Room was extremely spacious, bed was so comfortable - like sleeping on clouds - amenities fab. I found an iron in the cupboard. Only one thing missing, which was a hairdryer, otherwise it would have been perfect! The hotel is within walking distance of all the local sights, excellent transport links, next to the cinema, shopping centre. Ideal for solo travelling and families alike."
