"We enjoyed our stay in Bath and this flat. The flat is located just outside the city center with only a few minutes walk to the major sights. The flat is small but has everything you need. Well furnished and comfortable. It was nice having a smart TV with subscriptions to a couple of streaming services. The hosts were accommodating and provided some refreshments."

"Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return."

"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

We arrived after 9 days in a hotel in London, and it was great to have access to a kitchen and washing machine. My elderly dad really appreciated the lift. Communications and check-in were easy, and our hosts were instantly available by phone when we had a question about the front door access. "Hi - we loved the place and especially the location! There were just a few things that were a little frustrating: the TV remote did not work very well and so we bought some new batteries...it helped, but not much. We especially wanted to watch some YouTube documentaries about some of the places we were visiting - this is where we ran into trouble. Again, not a huge deal. The shower is a great design in theory, but practical, no. It was very hard for me to get into and very hard not to get...

"The apartment is very charming and had everything we needed for our stay. We are a family of four with adult children. There was plenty of room for our group. The location was great. We walked to all the points of interest from the apartment. There is a grocery story very close which was convenient. We had a wonderful time in Bath and would definitely stay here again. Our host was helpful and provided excellent communication and assistance."

"Great location, beautiful rooms, lots of space. It was an easy walk to the city centre. Groceries are a five minute walk away. The kitchen had everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, etc.). The host was very good at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. "Beautiful Georgian building. Comfy beds. Very tidy property. We found the clothes washer a challenge. Also, not a negative for us, but be prepared for creaky doors and floors. Lovely view of canal and cricket pitch and hillside."
