"This villa was perfect for our family vacation to Abruzzo, beautifully located in the countryside with lovely rolling views of olive groves, vineyards and mountains. Very well equipped with a fabulous layout with multiple living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Loved our local contact person and welcome package. Having a vehicle was key to our outings to the beach, hiking and visiting destinations in the area."

"Casa Toti is the perfect place for a family vacation. Located away from the crowded tourist attractions, it is the perfect spot to experience the beauty, tranquility and friendly people of Abruzzi. It is also a beautiful place to just stay put and relax by the pool. Accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. Everywhere you turned was another breathtaking view. We were a large group with ages ranging from 3 to 83 years of age. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and amenities....

"Il Frutetto ('the orchard') was an absolute joy. John and Sue were consummate hosts–funny, articulate, helpful and knowledgeable. The views are stunning from all directions. The estate is well laid-out, with a very functional and well-stocked kitchen, and the pool and decks were a true luxury. Know that it is a bit out in the country, so a drive is required to get to sights and shopping. We found incredible dining in Julianova (Taglietto, and others) and a great enoteca (wine shop) about 5 km...

"Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."

"My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s villa nestled on a beautiful hill in the Castilenti area. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved touring around the Teramo area. There’s so much to do and see between the Gran Sasso mountains and the bellissima mare. Andrea was a great host. We loved our stay there."

"We booked to stay here for 3 weeks in August. The road must have worsened a lot since the photos and descriptions were put on the website. The last 25 minutes to the property is on a gravel track with huge holes and steep inclines. It really needs a 4x4. Each time it rains more of the road is washed away. The rain also came in through the doors, windows and chimneys of the property making large puddles inside. 2 days after we arrived we had no water at all for 1 week. Fabio offered to let us...

"This was hands-down our favorite place to stay in Italy. Not only was the house beautiful itself, but the views of the mountains were stunning! Valentina and Alessandra went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even assisted with making plans, booking restaurants, and finding information about our relatives in the area. "An absolutely amazing experience to stay in a Castle is beautiful surrounds. The restoration of the 11th century castle is incredible. Step stone walkway leads up to the entrance. Francesco was a wonderful host and we had a few laughs with translation oh for technology, son Matteo was very warm and knowledgeable as we explored all the rooms of the castle. Thank you Francesco and family for sharing your wonderful castle we would love to return one day. Enjoyed meeting Heidi the mountain goat very cool! June & Owen NZ"
