"Was a spectacular room and bathroom, pool area was comfortable and pleasant place to spend time. Nice breakfast and good service. Large patio area with lovely views. Is about a 25 minute walk up hill to montepulciano which is a lovely place to spend the evening - worth booking the restaurants in town. The path from the hotel through the broken gate could really do with a bit of tlc"

"Great location. Room was really nice. Only problem we had, which is minor (or major if you ask my wife), was the coffee pot didn’t brew our coffee. They do have bicycles, but after getting there, the fantasy of cycling into towns was absolutely unrealistic (narrow roads, windy, distance) so we had to use our rental car to park outside of town and walk in, which was just fine actually. I would recommend staying here, we liked it."
