"The hot tub was broken the first day we were there but was fixed the next day. The room was clean but they didn’t vacuum our room( we stayed for 2 nights). The breakfast buffet had no yogurt the second day which was disappointing. Overall it is good value for the money. Desk staff was very friendly. "

"Felt very pedestrian.. Vibe was sort of off, not terrible but didn’t feel like they really embodied a true relaxation spa atmosphere. Felt somewhat hasty and geared towards groups as an activity vs. a true wellness experience. Went alone, there were a bunch of bridal parties, poor noise control, staff seemed stressed, lots of towels/ used cups left around, shower stalls had gross silicone anti slip mats that I felt made it more slippery. The water walk was a good experience but very basic hydrothermal circut that had so much more potential for elevation. For the price, there are better alternatives if you’re looking for a good zen experience. "

"The room was nice and clean and very spacious! The full kitchen was stocked with everything you need, including paper towels and dish soap! The staff were very friendly and helpful!! We will be coming back in the summer with extended family for a visit. 😊"
