"This property was even more beautiful than the pictures show! It was the perfect location-quiet, private, but also close enough to get to things you wanted to. The house also provided everything you would need. If we return to Exuma, we would definitely come back to Vista Blue!"

"We have booked a large number of vacation homes through the years. Upwards of 20 to 25 I would guess. This house is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to how the house is equipped. The kitchen has two of anything you could possibly need to prepare all your meals at the home if you choose. The home also has multiple beach chairs and all the beach toys you could possibly need including kayaks and paddle boards. Aside from these things the house is absolutely beautiful and on a virtually private white sand beach with the signature blue waters of Exuma. The beds were all very comfortable. The home is also conveniently located near the airport and halfway between Georgetown and Emerald Bay. We loved Villa Oceania and plan to come back again! "

"Betty and Oswald’s place on the beach was wonderful! The location was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for in Exuma. Betty and Oswald were incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved being right on the beach and enjoying the amazing views each day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Exuma!"

"7 of us stayed at the Beach Blanket in May, 2026. The house was beautiful and had so many wonderful amenities. I do wish there were more beach chairs. They had 4 and we were a group of 7. We tried to rent additional chairs, but to no avail. We loved how the house was so centrally located to everything on the island. The availability of the rental car was a definite bonus. Onike was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. The biggest negative was the beach access. Yes, it is a short walk TO the beach, but once there, you can’t reach it because of all the steep rocks. Lots of houses have been built since the pictures of the house have been taken and block any great view of the beach. This was a big deal to us so we probably wouldn’t rent this house again. You can drive to the beach, which isn’t far at all, but we wanted easy walking beach access from the house, which it isn’t. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and loved every moment of our trip. Highly recommend Exuma, the beauty of the water and deserted beaches is just magnificent!!"
