For mine opinión. The place is well Located. However it's difficult for parking. Weekend is worse. Since there's many local activities and locals drivers get all the available parking spots thatcare free. Regarding the place. Mattresses are very soft for mine choice. It sinks in and you. Don't rest well. That is the only inconvenience I can't say. Aside from that place is well located. Easy to find. And communication is great.

The room was very nice. The bathroom was gorgeous. However, one of the rooms didn’t have an A/C unit which made it very warm and uncomfortable. Besides that, it’s a nice property worth staying at.

Convenient location, especially with the direct aerobus to/from the airport which is 2 blocks away. We rented 2 units, both were clean and had what we needed as far as cooking, dishes, etc. Very spacious with the convenience of a washer. One unit smelled heavily of residual smoke despite multiple no smoking signs. Not really the fault of the property manager, but as a non smoking family it was not pleasant. Beds were not very comfortable, very hard. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Very nice and clean apartment. It had ample AC which is great because it was very hot in Barcelona. Communication is excellent. They used WhatsApp to communicate and someone responded almost immediately every time we contacted them. There is a lobby and someone at the desk that can assist with checkin and store luggage. Wasn't required to do any cleanup prior to checkout other basic tidying up. Beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful and linens very nice. No complaints whatsoever.
