Newly renovated and fully serviced boutique apartment with 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 complete bathroom. Professional 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday. The apartment sleeps 3 people with 3 individual beds. The individual beds in the double bedroom can be put together to make king size double bed.
The open plan living/dining area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a homemade meal. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv.
Located in a safe neighborhood in the Eixample district only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia.
Parking and bus stop in front of the building and metro only two minutes away.
