Beautiful apartment of 65 m2, bright and with a large terrace that faces Avenida del Parallel!

The spacious apartment is completely re-decorated to welcome our clients and make them feel at home away from home.

We have three spacious rooms (one double bed, one with two singles bed, and one single bed), a bathroom with a fully equipped shower, as well as the kitchen where you can have everything you need to make your stay an experience!

The apartment has Wifi for our clients and air conditioning / central heating. We also have a washing machine to use during your stay.

Public transport is at street level and the metro is just a few minutes from the apartment. The neighborhood enjoys supermarkets, shops and restaurants and other services. The metro stop communicates directly with the railway station and the airport.

The city center, Plaça Catalunya is a 20-minute walk away, so we always recommend enjoying the streets of Barcelona and its fantastic architecture! It will surprise you.

This neighborhood, located at the foot of Montjuïc, is fashionable among young people for its multicultural atmosphere.

A popular, multicultural and working-class neighborhood, Poble-sec maintains a popular character and a varied culture. Its main arteries are Carrer de Blai, which functions as a small boulevard full of bars and shops alike, and Plaça del Sortidor,

In addition to industrial activity, being located behind Paral·lel, Poble-sec has also always been associated with the world of entertainment. With theaters as emblematic as El Molino, Apolo, Condal and Victòria, which offer a wide and varied scenic offer, cultural life has promoted a new gastronomic offer in the neighborhood.

We recommend getting around on foot or by public transport. You can also go to the city centre by bicycle or electric motorbike.


Please note the following important information before booking:

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
