Staff was very welcoming. We arrived in the morning expecting to leave our luggage and go out to explore the town until check in time. However, since our room was available, we were given our room key with no additional charge. THAT is great customer service!

The hotel is in a great location and very walkable We had an executive suite. The shower was sub par. The suite needed to be refreshed. The blinds were filthy. The shower leaked everywhere and was super tiny. The terrace was nice but very dirty. The rooftop bar was great.

The hotel room was spacious and extremely accommodating. The location is perfect: close to many restaurants and the metro, taxis are always right outside. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. I would come back and stay again.

Hotel is very nice, staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent area, all brand names just across the street, walking distance for shopping, food in that area is reasonable. Room is very big like an executive room with balcony, a bit pricey. Will order again but get a smaller size if possible; I think it is cheaper if you pay via expedia instead of paying onsite.
