Excellent mirrors, hot water bottle, toiletries, storage and more. Very friendly service, great food, wonderful vegetarian option. Ample car parking. "Booked for a nice walking trip reviews were awesome hence booking, check in was nice and easy, parking was not totally clear but there was free parking but only 2 spaces. Room was on top floor and spacious, bathroom was lovely, great shower, could do with an upgrade on the tv to smart tv. WiFi was not working and the same can be said for 4&5G in Llandudno. Joseph was very attentive and awesome host, we were late for breakfast on the last day but he kindly accommodated us, the food was awesome,...

"Great guesthouse in a great area. Room smelt great and was clean. Toiletries and tea/coffee provided in the room. Lots of electrical charging points including USB plug sockets and located a short walk from the main town/beach. Parking was easy & the breakfast menu, breakfast itself and hospitality were excellent."

"Had a fantastic one-night stay, traveling with a friend on our motorcycle tour around Wales. Good parking for the bikes at the back of the guest house. fresh ground coffee on arrival. Lots of TV stations in the room. Had the best breakfast on our trip here. They even filled our flaskes when we left. Would reccomend."
