"The hotel is undergoing renovations, creating a noisy environment that made it difficult to rest after a 19-hour flight. Additionally, there were issues with cold water for showers and intermittent power outages during the stay. While the staff were accommodating, these factors made the overall experience unfavorable, and I wouldn’t recommend or return to this hotel."

"Nothing short of amazing. The hotel staff is top notch and treated me like a king at every encounter. The Bistro has great food, the fitness centre was well stocked, and the pool was great. A stark difference from a large chain hotel. Pass on Sheraton, Hilton or others and stay here. "

"Location was good and facilities were ok. Only problem was the air conditioner which made a bit too much noise. Best part of the stay was the service from the morning reception team Ripon, Chadni and Maisha who were really helpful with everything."

"When I arrived to Dhaka, this hotel was shut down. I then had to spend days on the phone with Expedia trying to get my money back for a week-long stay. Not how you want to arrive to a city like Dhaka at night. What a nightmare."
