I requested an accommodated room with Accessibility. The front desk clerk advised me that the elevator was out and gave me a room on the fourth floor. This was not at all accommodating. I had to book another room for the other individual Which needed the accommodations, wheelchair, accessibility, and with a working elevator

Elevators were not working… after getting to our room a gentlemen was attempting to come into our room. The front desk clerk assigned our room to him after we settled into our room. But kitchenette was cool.

Right off the bat we were told the elevators were broke and we needed to use stairs. The room was on but warm out chair and floor damage. The stay in itself wasn't too bad. Had a medical issue and was charged $92 for blood stains which i understand having to do what you need to do but you couldn't use bleach or have a heart. Our cheap stay ended up being very expensive. And I'm a member! Sad!

Had a wonderful time staying at the WoodSpring Suites. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is also very safe. Will definitely stay here again but the future.

Everyone was nice. The property was a little worse for wear and my non-smoking room had a very heavy perfume smell which somewhat covered up a previous smoker in the room.

I get to the hotel & I was about to check in when I needed to leave all of a sudden I told her "I WILL BE RIFHT BACK" soon as I leave I get a notification of a transaction. Vanessa front desk girl charged me for one night because I didn't check in before 5pm causing me to lose my weekly rate. I called and said what the charge was for and she said "IF YOU DONT CHECK IN BEFORE 5PM WE START CHARGING" I SAID "WHAT!?!? SO you guys have a cut off time before checking in?" She said "NO" I said ok wow. When I come back to check in I'm confronted by another girl Yolanda. She was so rude didn't greet me or nothing and while staying there she made me hand wash my bedding because they won't exchange you new sheets if the sheets you bring in aren't clean. Defeats the purpose of them providing clean sheets I know. Keep in mind I'm 6 months pregnant have a 4 & 10 month old baby with me. When I go to check out the terrible manager Amber, workers get their attitude from her because she was the worst! She told me if all the girls in the front had bad attitudes then maybe it's not them it's me. I said "EXCUSE ME?" they needed to check my room to see if nothing was broken or missing I asked "Do you check everybody room who checks out?" She replied with a terrible attitude "YES, YEA WE DO!" Which is a lie because I've stayed there before and that didn't happen. Overall girls are all rude except Amanda she was an angel.

Noise from both the adjacent freeway and teh railroad was distracting. Als, the walls between the rooms are thin. When my neighbor slammed his door my bed vibrated. Only one luggage cart. Price of teh room was very inexpensive though.

Gave my room to a stranger!!!
Lots to say but my biggest complaint is that at 8:30 at night, we had a stranger open our door as my daughter was right by the door. I heard a man’s voice, jumped out of bed, and he apologized and said the front desk gave him the room. The front desk admittedly gave him our room. When I think of how bad that situation could have been, it makes me sick to my stomach. We didn’t even stay the whole time we booked. Customer service was also awful. When we first checked in, the rooms AC was making a loud noise and the room did NOT have a sofa bed as advertised. The phone did not work to call down so we had to go back down. I was basically told I had to deal with the AC and sorry you were told there is a sofa bed. The maids were rude and when we went to the room, called the front desk in front of us and said I don’t know why you gave them this room. I’m not done cleaning it and I’m not going to rush. The wifi went down and the power making all keys have to be rekeyed. Many complaints. The elevator floor was soft in the middle. We would stand on the edges as we were worried it would collapse.

Ignore the sketchyness and enjoy the best shower
Best shower I've ever had in a hotel, loved the older style hvac with the constant fan on button. I slept like a baby. Paint was peeling off the wall, holes and dents in the wall and you can tell the door was broken into a few times. Just left an uneasy feeling.

No breakfast and too many pets. The hallways smelled like pet urine and people were so loud upstairs. At one point someone had pulled the fire alarm in the hallway. I don’t recommend staying here unless nothing else is available like in our situation. Vanessa at the front desk was the only good thing at this place.

The elevator went down the morning of our check in and was not fixed at all during our short stay. It was very inconvenient to walk the stairs especially to the higher floors with luggage. Also, we couldn’t sleep because there was a maniac making A LOT of noise! I couldn’t believe it. It was scary.

If you need a place to sleep and want to save money, this is perfect. But the hallways were loud and the elevator was broken, making a trip to the third floor tiring. The front desk was nice and accommodating, given that we got there at 1am to check in. I probably would not stay here again but at least the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep.

My Father stayed passing through to get to AZ some family checked their kids in next to his room then went across to their own room and let their kids have at it all night without supervision video games with shooting sounds all night, up until 4 am. Pounding and shouting all night long. No phone in the room to call front desk. Horrible and loud getting no rest.

The only thing I don't think is fair...that they don't have enough people working in resection. That day I stayed there was only one person and they had her take care of multiple things in the hotel. What prevented her from focusing on the people who were arriving to stay.
