"Great stay! Hotel staffs were always eager to assist. 2h complimentary walking tour provided by Pedro, Guest Service Manager, was the highlight of our stay. He was informative, and provided interesting details of the surrounding area of Baixa. Room was comfortable and good amenitites. Only issue I find is that the hotel advertised having smart tv but the hdmi input simply doesn’t work and I was not able to connect my laptop to the TV nor use my own streaming service provider."
