"The hotel was terrible. We were supposed to stay seven nights. We only lasted 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned despite our requests. It was 27.5 degrees in the room while it was 25 degrees outside. Impossible to air out the room. On top of that, this hotel had the bright idea of placing our room next to a noisy road, even though we were staying 7 nights and were entitled to a quieter room with the possibility of airing it out. The Imperial Torquay

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel with great views"

Future Inn Plymouth

10/10 Excellent

"The Future inn in Plymouth was a fantastic choice for our stay. Helpful staff, nothing seemed to much of a problem to them. Rooms were very clean, well maintained & very big, so we were not squeezing past each other to choice like other hotels. The Breakfast may seem expensive but at all you can eat & a wide array of breakfast cereals, juices, cooked items etc, it was certainly worth the money. The location was a 10 minute drive from the city centre, nearby is a small retail park with costa/starbucks, Aldi, M&S food court. We will certainly be using this chain of hotels again."
