"Amazing location - 5minute walk to the palace. The hotel has parking which is a massive advantage! Easy to park too! The staff were amazing. Very helpful and polite. Beautiful room on the 16th floor. Amazing views. Restaurant and pool were great too. So pleased we stayed here for our 2 day trip to Madrid. "
