It is also just a couple blocks away from Rainey St. and walking distance (or a short drive) from Downtown and the Eastside. Finding ride shares or grabbing a scooter is made too easy in Austin. Being so central you'll have no troubles checking out all of the sites to see!

Please make sure to complete  this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!

House Rules:
- Max number of guests [4] and is non-negotiable due to fire code.
- 2 pets are allowed with an additional fee of $50 per stay.
- You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and present for the entirety of the reservation.
- Parking is on the street on a first come, first served basis.
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM
- Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- Please do not leave any personal items on the patio.
- Please note that we do not have access to the locked mailboxes at this property. We kindly ask that you do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home during your stay, as we cannot retrieve them on your behalf.

Hot Water:
Please note that the hot water tanks are shared between units so prolonged usage could affect temperatures.

HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.

As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
