The staff was friendly, the room was clean and everything was according to the booking information. Very convenient and with an excellent transportation service.

The front desk employee, Tommie, was very helpful and enthusiastic. The room was average and was a little dirty. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast options were substandard.

The whole service was. However, the pool wasn’t safe cuz anyone can get access to it. They supposed to separate the pool from the street. You can get access to the pool from outside the hotel even though you are not the hotel guest. That was the only issue I experienced, except that everything was good.

The overall property was nice. While the things I wasn't a fan of was mainly personal preference for example the beds being softer and the showers having more water pressure. But i notice that my shower head did leak a little down the wall.

The check-in was great! Tommie was awesome. The only let down was that the tv remote didn’t work. We could only turn it on/off and put volume up or down but we couldn’t change the channels nor access any other features aside from the ones mentioned above.

Location is convienent. The hotel is relatively clean. Parking seems secure. The hotel manager is an absolute mess. I travel almost every other weekend and shes the only manager I have come across that was generally unpleasant. Absolutely no smiles or greetings. Gave very judgy looks... and then was rude during my only interaction with her. That unfortunately made my stay uncomfortable enough that I wouldnt recommend this hotel, nor would I stay during another event. I will add though, that all of the other staff besides the manager were very friendly.

Tommie at the front desk was friendly and informative, went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Provided me with a "grab and go" sack for the morning since I had to leave before breakfast was available. There was also a woman with housekeeping keeping the lobby clean and fresh. She was very welcoming, too, and went out of her way to be friendly and explain that she likes to keep the lobby spotless for guests. Outstanding staff with excellent customer service skills!
