"Best location in Kiahuna Plantation! You can’t get closer to the water without being on a boat. Perfect sandy beach directly in front of condo that is mostly protected from the bigger surf. If you like the sound of the ocean, this is the condo for you."

"We were upgraded to a partial oceanviewroom from the one webooked. Beautiful condo, 1 bedroom. Very nice. Not much beach, but large lawn area for watching surf. Property could have put a kid AND an adult pool close to thebeach area so one doesnt have to go across street to use the pool"

"The owners were excellent in communicating with us prior to the stay as well as during the stay so there were no surprises. The place was spotless, in excellent condition and quite comfortable. There were families with children on both sides of us but we did not hear them in the condo. Because this condo is part of the "back" row of condos nearest the main road, there is some road noise but I wouldnt say it was bothersome. There was however road construction during the day involving jackhammers which prevented any day napping - it was VERY load. The pickleball courts were convenient and always available. Pool was not over crowded. If you are coming for a beach/sand experience, I dont think this resort is your best choice. The beach is very narrow and any wind creates some serious wave action. Excellent if you are new surfer but not so good for little kids. The resort has a beautiful expansive grass area where you can sun and relax. Overall I would rate the condo very high but dont expect to see any ocean from your front dood. Your only view is of the condos in front of you.. The grounds are gorgeously planted with many blooming Hawaiian plants. Feels very old style Hawaiian in sharp contrast to the mega Hyatt down the road."

"I have stayed here several other times. The location is great. The condos are nice. There was a policy change to only one towel per person, which is inconvenient because the place to get a new towel is open 8:30 am - 5 pm at one location in a large property, so you have to plan getting a towel into your schedule. The description was "ocean view" but since it was on the first floor, there wasn't much of an ocean view, so I was disappointed. Otherwise, the condo was in great condition, decorated nicely, and had chairs, snorkles, coolers, and boogie boards."
