Kiahuna Plantation Resort is all you dreamed Kauai would be, and our beautiful condominium is located in the lush gardens of this vacationer's paradise. Take in partial ocean views in the dining area and on on our very private Lanai. Our inviting beach is yours to enjoy-- just a few steps from our beautiful condo.

Our unit has been updated (Unit #168 in bldg. 26), making it a more desirable unit at Kiahuna Plantation. We have one of the most private Lanais in the resort. We also now have A/C! The bedroom features a brand new Cal king bed (April 2022). Our beautiful living room also has a new queen size pull-out mattress in the sofa. Our kitchen is fully appointed for your convenience. Lounge comfortably on the private patio/lanai. Take advantage of our in-condo washer and dryer. High speed Internet and TV both in living room and bedroom. Most recently we have updated some of the decor which you will see in the pictures of the bedroom and dining areas. Our video still reflects the old decor in these two spaces but still gives you a great view and vantage point of all that our condo offers.

To make your beach time more fun, grab complimentary towels and beach chairs at the Beach Hut 'shack' near the water. A child friendly pool with slide, a gym and tennis courts are offered directly across from the resort at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Two golf courses, Poipu Bay and Kiahuna, are just down the road.

We are happy to provide our client references at your request. Should you find that our condo is booked during your requested dates, let us refer you to another of our partnering condos in the resort.

Kiahuna Plantation Resort is the jewel of Poipu's sunny south shore on Kauai. Nothing compares to our beautiful gardens and location. This is a fun destination for families, a romantic getaway for honeymooners, and a memorable place to celebrate special occasions.

This beautiful condo is under new ownership but has the same beautiful appointments and service you have been used to if you are a return guest.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES
There is much to do if you have any time left after enjoying the beach and the amazing snorkeling right out in front of the Kiahuna Plantation. World-class golf is minutes away at Kiahuna Golf Club, or at the nearby Poipu Bay Golf Club. Make sure to explore Historic Koloa Town during your visit. Another interesting stop is the Spouting Horn, found just west of Kiahuna Plantation. Be sure to check out the free hula shows across the street in the Poipu Shopping Village. There are so many restaurants with amazing happy hours within walking distance for you to enjoy as well.

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 AM

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
CLEANING FEES ARE IN ADDITION to all other fees paid through VRBO/HomeAway. These are resort charges and these cleaning fees do not go to owners. Cleaning fees are collected at check-in and go directly to Castle Resorts.
Current check-out cleaning fee for bookings after 12/1/2024 is $268. + HI Taxes = $316.14
A mid-stay replenishment of all amenities, linens and towels etc. is available for $62.00.
A mid-stay full clean is available to guests for $110.00.

VRBO BOOKING FEE: VRBO/HomeAway charges a booking fee to all Guests booking through their sites. This fee is shown as “Service Fee” in the Quote and goes directly to VRBO/HomeAway.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will get back 50% of the full booking amount. Otherwise, 14 days or less before check in will not be refunded including early departure prior to the end date of the reservation. Failure to pay second rental payment by due date will result in cancellation of booking and forfeiture of the first payment.

Easy access to beach and beautiful landscaping on the resort. The condo is beautiful, clean, and very well stocked with everything you could need. The bed is comfortable too. Would stay here again!

Cute little condo located near a nice beach. Great location for dining, shopping, or just relaxing in the sun. Super comfortable bed! Owners were available for questions and their unit provided us with everything we needed for an amazing stay on the Garden Island!

The condo was clean and comfortable. We have stayed on this property for the past 5 years in different condos and this one was by far great!! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked well, and the upgrades were nice. Walking distant to everything you need. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Would recommend!!

Excellent Condo

We had an amazing time at this condo. Entire property is very nice and the condo is in great shape with everything you need. Kiahuna Beach is a 1-2 minute easy walk with a beach hut that has towels, surfboards, surf lessons, snorkel gear, etc. The whole Poipu area was wonderful with lots of food and some shopping close and Kōloa was a 10 minute drive as well. Don’t hesitate to book here, wonderful place!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Loved the proximity to the beach only draw back was having to drive across the street to the pool. We did enjoy using the pool at the athletic club. It was great the proximity of the Kiahuna Plantation to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this property.

Truly paradise!

I wish you could leave 10 stars - we had an amazing stay! The property was even more beautiful that the photos. The lanai extends to a grassy yard, perfect for our daughter to run around. The beach is maybe 50 steps away but the property feels very private. Easy to walk to and set up for the beach. They even had an umbrella, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sand toys and coolers to use. Loved the AC and laundry in unit! A huge plus when traveling with a family. The kitchen is fully stocked and we ate most meals in. Walking distance to the pool (5-10 min depending) and was a nice to enjoy. We felt very safe at the property and walking around at night. Quick drive to shopping centers and exploring the island. We had great communication and loved our stay. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and Karin sent us a beautiful island bouquet of flowers and a really nice note. It was a very thoughtful touch. The location of this unit is great. It’s approximately 200 yards from the beach and the patio is very private which we enjoyed our morning coffee daily and cocktails in the evening. If you’re looking for a condo that’s well maintained, with a great location we highly recommend this unit. The only recommendation I would make is since the AC unit is located in the living room area of the condo, I would purchase a box fan for the condo so the cool air can be pulled into the bedroom. The fans that are in condo don’t pull the cool air from the living room to the bedroom. The bedroom is a little warm for sleeping.All in all we had a wonderful time!

Fantastic stay in Kauai!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! This complex has everything you'd want and restaurants/shopping is within walking distance. The condo itself was on a quiet section of the property and it was so close to the beach. It was very clean and the space was functional for a family of 4 with 2 kids. Check-in process, even after hours, was easy and communication with owners was wonderful. We appreciated having a washer/dryer as a lot of other units did not. What an amazing place! We'd love to stay again!

Too much personal stuff. Felt like the owners just walked out. Check in man was dismissive and frankly seemed bored of his job. No parking near unit. The “beach towels” were awful..really bath towels and you could only get one per person. Beach is small but nice.

Another Experience in Paradise!

We have stayed on this overall property 4 times and at this specific unit twice. We always love coming here. The unit is wonderful and has air-conditioning. Well appointed and comfortable with a nice lawn view and can see a setting sun and waves crashing in the distance. The owners are very responsive with great communication. The Plantation property is alway kept immaculate. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!

Clean, great location

We had a great time at this condo. Great location steps from the beach. Nice to be in the downstairs unit to have easy access via the lanai. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Liked having the washer/dryer. Appreciated the extra bathroom and kitchen supplies. Downside to being downstairs is that upstairs neighbors were heavy walkers and we can hear them opening/closing doors. Not the unit’s fault but something to keep in mind if you want quiet. With that said, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Kauai.

Best Stay Ever at Kiahuna

This one bedroom has everything and more. Let me start with location it is near the beach. You even have a bit of an ocean view. It is very private with a nice lanai and a nice yard. This unit even has a wonderful efficient air conditioner, perfect when it’s hot. The entire unit is decorated beautifully. Everything is high quality and there are a wonderful assortment kitchen equipment. A person could actually cook and serve guests a gourmet meal with no problem. The bedroom has the most amazingly comfortable bed. I’ve never slept better. The bathroom has lots of extra lotions, shampoo & conditioners. There is even and extra hairdryer and curling iron. There is a washer & dryer, a drying rack which we found very helpful. But wait there more. They also included beach chairs and an umbrella to use for shade. They even had beach toys for children. One more thing this unit is close to parking another plus when bringing in luggage and groceries. I can’t recommend unit 168 enough. It was fantastic. A big thank you to the owners for providing such an outstanding high quantity place to stay. A very satisfied customer, Mary Ann Clare
