"Hotel room was fine and comfortable, but the restaurant experience was not smooth. We did not feel welcome at 9:45am and the server was not having a good morning and seemed very distracted and unsure of what she was doing. Perhaps she was new, but having breakfast there did not go well. "

"The hotel is a uniquely decorated boutique hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk from the tourist info bldg. and a quick walk to the food alley and the waterfront promenade. We were allocated a very spacious suite on ground level in the bdlg. close to the hotel entrance. However, the room had its drawbacks. The TV is located too far from the beds for easy viewing ... we assume the designers assumed people would sit on the sofa to watch . Our room had a locked connecting door to an adjacent room ....

"Plesantly surprised with this accomodation, the isite centre was concerned about the accommodation. We were pleasantly surprise, it was clean and tidy. From the outside it looks like it needs love, BUT we couldnt complain about the chalet."
