The perfect pied-a-terre. Ground floor corner unit on the back side of the building. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is in perfect condition. Located on the bus route to go anywhere in town. Complex has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Off street parking and walk to town convenience. Great unit for a small family or couple in the heart of Aspen!!

30 day minimum rentals. Christie's International Real Estate Aspen Snowmass short-term rental agreement is required for all bookings.
