Looking for one of the best deals in Breck? Double Eagle A21 is close to the slopes and close to town. You’re just a short (half a block) walk from the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day, you can ski 4 O’Clock Run back to the property. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the property, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool. Your group will love it, and you’ll being central to everything!

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect retreat for a large family or group of up to nine people. It boasts a large, open living room with a beautiful gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV above it. Or, step out onto the balcony and breathe in the fresh mountain air. The completely remodeled and fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and custom alder cabinets. There’s space for 5 people at the dining table and another 3 at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, and parking for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Great location and price
Great location and price for our family. The bed setup was perfect with two twins in one room and another bunk room for kids, with the adults in the queen. It is tight in the Queen room and the closet wouldn’t open so we had to put the pack n play for our infant in the living room. The hot tub was awesome but we didn’t see a pool anywhere and no pool in the handbook.

So close to perfect
This property is in an excellent location and was a great size for us and 4 adult kids. There were just a few things that could have made it “perfect”instead of “close to perfect.” The dishwasher did not work, the fridge was way too cold no matter how much we turned it down so we lost a lot of produce to freezing, the shower handle set screw was missing so we had to be careful to not knock it off every time…a little bit of TLC on this house and it will be a 5 out of 5 every time from every guest. A 3-ring notebook with details of the property and surroundings would be a nice addition for future guests as well.

Nice place, close to downtown
Would happily stay here again. The only annoyance was having to pick up and drop off keys in person at the Summit Rental office. It’s not a huge deal, but the 0touch check in offered at other places is convenient.
