"This is a massive hotel. The lobby is tiny with staff of one behind glass. There was no staff available at checkout so nobody to tell that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel is very bare bones but the rooms are clean although the lobby carpet is not. "

Wonderful bar/lounge area, including outside.
The room we stayed in (Room 3) was absolutely amazing, and made the stay just perfect.
Great location bang in the middle of Ledbury, with free parking a big bonus.
