"Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between."

My wife tried to inquire with the staff member, expressing that there was still 20 minutes left, and some guests were still trying to get somethings to eat, but the staff member continued unplugging some of the appliances and removing food.
