Right from check in we were happy with the service, very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Kids loved the swimming pool and walking distance to Ashburton domain , was a lovely stay and the staff were really friendly .

Two things, I would have liked to see. .1. The option of having a light breakfast, without having to go out and buying it. .2. I have found in my tripping around around the last week and staying in different places, no one had a folder of emergency numbers, recommended places to eat, and recommended places to visit to me, those folders were part of customer service .

Hello Doug, Thank you for your suggestion's on the back of our room information sheet we have QR codes that link you to places to eat and also things to do, as menu and businesses change we found it easier to have have a link to our website which has updated information.

Comfortable and spacious apartment
This was our first accommodation in New Zealand and we were really impressed by the comfort, cleaniness and spaciousness of the apartment. The beds were comfortable, nice shower, complete kitchen and far enough from the road to not hear the passing traffic. Owners were super friendly as well when we overslept and requested for a later check out.

Disappointed pool wasnt available in the morning before we left. Really needed front window double glazed we had to endure neighbours talking very loudly outside . Thankfully they didnt talk in the evening.

Nice and quiet motel. Very clean and fantastic layout. Thank you for the fresh milk and the plunger coffee. Fast check-in and check-out with parking directly in front of the apartment.

We loved the spaciousness of the unit (No 9); the comfortable bed; a great selection of teas, coffee etc.; the artwork on the walls; extras like paper towels and tissues; nice big coffee cups; milk in glass bottles; comprehensive information folder; free netflicks; everything one could possibly want in the kitchen; large dining table and chairs; re-cycling advice; very friendly staff.. The decor was a little dated and the couch was quite uncomfortable.

Its just too old and run down. It was good, but beds uncomfortable, i would be happy to pay half of the price, but not close to 200$

Thanks for the review.Of course, you would have been happy at half the price as you actually paid 155 and there was 4 of you. This works out at 39.00 per person. In 2022 this represents great value. Maybe you should try a backpacker's next time.

Property was easy to locate. Greeted on arrival by helpful staff. Unit was well proportioned & well presented. Quiet unit with no traffic noise. Heated outdoor pool ( didnt use, but others did) Will certainly use again & recommend

Fantastic stay
Fantastic stay. Had two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was super friendly and helpful. He even gave us a packet of crisps on arrival. Was handy having washing facilities and a clothesline. Close to some nice restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very welcoming, and he showed us to our room. Pointed out where certain things were, e.g. heat pump remote. He gave us a free packet of chips, which was a nice touch. Exceptional service, great location and close to shops/supermarket. Will definitely stay here when we come back, thank you.
