"From the moment we arrived the staff were pleasant, courteous and couldn't do enough for you. The room was clean and met all the needs for our stay. The amenities on site were better than any of the previous hotels Ive stayed at while in Orlando. Free shuttle transport to and from the parks made life a lot easier for us since we visited them every day and saved a lot of money. I would recommend to anyone if they were to visit Orlando and specially Universal parks to stay at the Dockside."

"I’ve been here perhaps 10 times over the last 20 years and I always have a good stay. Staff are incredibly friendly. Let’s check in the orchid lounge in the lobby does tremendous sushi. Js bar is always a winner in the Poole is very very nice. But the walk to others adventure and universal perhaps seven minutes if that. The boats are also available. They kept the property up beautifully and I always have a lovely stay. You are gonna have to pay for parking and taxes so you’re not going there for the cheap house but you are going for the lovely saying more importantly express pass which is fantastic. "
